Marketing mix are the set of marketing tools that firm uses to pursue its marketing objectives in the target market. The various variable of the marketing mix : 1. PRODUCT MIX 2. PRICE MIX 3. PLACE MIX 4. PROMOTION MIX Promotion is the important element of marketing mix. Promotion is related with all steps taken to provide information about a product to the customer. It is a common mistake to believe that promotion by business is all about advertising. There are a variety of approaches that a business can take to get their message across to customer althrough advertising is certainly an importanat one. Promotion is all about communication.
